These high performance motor gearboxes will finally let you add more speed and durability to a ride-on that uses a "teardrop" style gearbox and "clover" style wheel adapter!

What you get

• Hardened steel where gearboxes fail. Hardened steel pinion gears, first gears and 2nd gear center cluster, the weakest points on any gearbox.
• Ball bearings on both the first and final gears.
• More top end speed than any other teardrop gearbox, thanks to a modified gear ratio.
• Paragon 775 motors with ball bearings at each end, designed for up to 24v of SLA batteries, for more speed and torque than any other motor made for ride-ons!
• Adapters for different diameter axles, and quick change wire connectors.

Common questions

My car has 4 motors. How many do I need?
Two pairs. You can't mix different motors in one car, so all four have to match.

My car only has one gearbox. Will one work?
No. One Paragon in a single-gearbox car makes it go in circles.

Can I use power tool batteries?
Yes, 18-20v power tool batteries with our Lithium Module. It's required. Will not work with other forms of batteries.

Will the motors fit my car's body?
Some cars may need slight modification to fit the larger diameter motors into the bodies. If installing in a place that has a metal ring holding a 550 motor in place, consider the Paragon Motor Mounts to make installation a whole lot easier!

What axle size does it take?
The axle hole is 19.8mm and the included bushings reduce it to 16.6mm. It is ok to have a little play in the axle.

You also need the Grave Digger Paragon Gearbox Upgrade Kit (adapter plates, wheel adapters and bolts).

Some cars will need the electronics upgraded to add any more speed. If our Titan ESC matches your connectors then that will be the easiest route. Otherwise checkout our universal ESC kit.
