This speed control module will replace the stock one in most imported ride-ons. See the image of speed controllers it can be used as an upgrade for. It will allow you to use faster motors and/or higher voltages. Handles enough current for 4 775 motors at up to 24v 12a SLA batteries.

Speed control can use 12v, 18v, or 24v SLA batteries. Also can use 18-20v power tool lithium batteries when combined with our Lithium Module.

Works with 550 or 775 motors. 2wd or 4wd.

Use your original pedals, shifter, and wiring. The plugs are the same. We do not sell the pedals or other electrical components that you would need if you were making your own homemade 4wd kit.

Car sound affects might change from your original ones or not work at all. Will not affect separate mp3 player / sound modules.

If you are upgrading your motors and/or voltage you may have a self-resetting breaker in the car that also needs upgrading. Linked on this page.

*If your vehicle has a remote control you will need to pair it with this speed control by following your car manufacturer's instruction. We can not guarantee the pairing will work on all cars. We do not recommend adding more speed to cars unless your child is ready to drive it themself.
