Can You Make Your Power Wheels Barbie Camper Better?
Your backyard becomes the ultimate travel destination with this Power Wheels Barbie Dream Camper ride-on vehicle! Kids can drive to their favorite spot, with the voice of Barbie providing directions, and then set up campjust open the back to reveal an awesome play kitchen with tasty treats inside! A fold-out grill and pretend campfire add to the role play fun. This Power Wheels vehicle drives at a max speed of 5 mph stock, over hard surfaces and grass, with a parent-controlled, high-speed lockout and Power-Lock brakes for added security.
Upgrade Options
These upgrades are for Power Wheels brand Campers. The campers have an electronic control system that CAN NOT handle any more voltage. If you are looking to increase the voltage you will need to install our Electronic Speed Control along with the motor/gearbox combo appropriate for your voltage level. Keep in mind that these vehicles are top heavy so not great performers at high speeds. Here's some of our techs' recommendations based on the happy responses we've had from customers and the budget you've got to work with.

12v Combo Kit - This kit is perfect for the entry level modder on a budget or if you're restoring an old car and just want a little more speed, about 10% more. The Performance 550 motors are on ball bearings and have cooling fans to make them last longer. They're also 18v capable so when you're ready for more speed you won't need to upgrade them. The Phoenix Gearboxes are the most durable gearboxes made today. And the 12v battery will give you over 30% more run time than a stock battery. Modifying doesn't get any more plug n play than this! Campers select the Hollow Axle option.
- 18v SLA or 18-20v Lithium and Stage II Motor/Gearboxes - 18v will give you a great speed boost. SLA batteries will also give you the most runtime you can get. A popular trend is to use your power tool's batteries in your kid's car to get 18-20v, just keep in mind that runtime is typically less than half of stock. Select the Electronic Speed Control for the batteries you'll be using. Then select a Stage II or higher motor/gearbox kit. The Stage II uses our 550 motors that will give you more speed for on-road use. For Offroad or heavier weights the torque of the 775's in a Stage III or IV is the way to go.

24v Combo Kit - This kit will more than DOUBLE your car's speed with 2 massive 775 motors, Phoenix gearboxes with hardened steel first gears, and 24 volts of batteries! You will also need to replace your wiring with our plug n play Electronic Speed Control. Just keep in mind that campers are top heavy and so this speed may not be ideal for inexperienced drivers.
