The Stage I kit is a great way to add more speed to a Power Wheels without breaking the bank. Kit includes:
- 2 Modified Performance 550 motors - The fastest 550 motors designed for ride-ons today
- 2 Lightweight metal pinion gears
- Torque sleeves on both motors for more low end power.
- Quick-change wire connectors that require no soldering to install and allow fast install/removal of gearcases!

Motors are warrantied for up to 12 volts of SLA batteries and are often used with 18 volts of SLA batteries (not wrrantied). It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to add the Heat Sinks option if you do run 18 volts. Still helpful for 12 volt vehicles too. We strongly recommend using our Metal First Gears when running 18 volts or more.

Our 12 volt battery has 12 amps of running time, compared to 9.5 amps of a stock Power Wheels battery. That means over 30% more run time! Battery also includes a fuse holder with 40 amp fuse and standard 12v Power Wheels female plug. Uses your stock 12v Power Wheels charger (just add 30% to your charging time).

This battery is NOT the same dimensions as your stock battery. However, it will fit into all current vehicles that currently use a grey 12 volt or 2 red 6 volts. Some models will required the white battery strap to be unscrewed.

- Torque sleeves on both motor for even more low end powers

- Aluminum Vented Motor Mounts to keep the motors from twisting on the gearcases.

This is the Stage IV Speed Motor/Gearbox kit for Stinger, Dune Racer, and Baja Extreme and Trailster. The Stage IV speed kit is specifically designed for 18 or 24 volts of SLA style batteries. The Massive 775 motors provide insane amounts of torque for off-road and handle 24 volt loads without a care. The gearboxes are made by MLToys specifically for higher-then-stock-speeds. The weakest link in the gearbox, the First Gear, has been replaced with a hardened steel first gear which spins on 2 ball bearings for maximum efficiency and minimal heat. The thicker-then-molasses stock grease has been replaced with our Teflon Race Grease designed to coat the gears and shafts to make them more slippery and create less heat buildup. The remaining gears are a much denser nylon filament. Even the gearbox housing is a more rigid design with grease channels designed to keep lubrication where it is needed. This setup is for die-hard speed addicts only. Installation is simply removing your old gearboxes and putting your Stage IV in its place. Kit includes:

The Stage V kit is specifically designed for Dune Racers, Baja Extremes, Trailsters, and Stingers running 24 volts and looking for maximum top speed and less wheel spin. We've swapped the 72 tooth first gear for a 66 tooth Hardened Steel one running on Ball Bearings and the pinion gear is 22 tooth Hardened Steel making this the lowest gear ratio (highest top speed) available in any ride-on. Our Performance 775 motors provide insane amounts of torque for off-road and handle up to 24 volt loads without a care. The thicker-then-molasses stock grease has been replaced with our Teflon Race Grease designed to coat the gears and shafts to make them more slippery and create less heat buildup. The gearbox housings and remaining gears are our Phoenix Performance Gearboxes designed for maximum durability. This setup is for die-hard speed addicts only. These gearboxes should only be used on-road or light gravel. No passengers or added weight. Installation is simply removing your old gearboxes and putting your Stage V in its place. Kit includes:
