For all of 2025 MLToys has been developing a new line of motors & gearboxes to replace the teardrop shaped ones that come in most cheaper ride-on cars. The new Paragon gearboxes have hardened steel first gears, ball bearings on the first and final gears, and a modified gear ratio for more top speed. The new 775 motors are also designed for up to 24v and give more speed and torque than stock motors. The new electronics are already available and proven to handle more amperage with zero failures reported. 

Videos show a Ryder 24v 4wd Buggy with 4 Paragon motor/gearboxes and a Huffy 12v F150 converted to 18v SLA batteries & 2 Paragon motor/gearboxes.

We are expecting the complete kits to be available during the winter of 2026. We will have kits for 2wd and 4wd cars. All of the components will also be available individually for our DIY customers.
