Over time the bushings, steering linkage, and crossbar on Power Wheels Jeep Hurricanes wear out causing the front end to sag and get sloppy. Steering is reduced as is fun. This kit replaces the stock crossbar and metal bushings with a one-piece unit. All of the existing parts very easily unscrew and swap out.

The crossbar boxtube has been replaced with a powder coated steel.

The soft metal bushings that wear out on the crossbar have been replaced with steel tubes welded to the crossbar. This spreads the wear load across the entire bushing instead of the thin walls of the crossbar.

Can be used with the stock Hurricane steering linkage or our upgraded one.
