This kit is to upgrade your Stage III Peg Perego Kit to a Stage V. The Stage V kit has a higher top speed gear ratio using different tooth counts on the hardened steel first gears and pinion gears. This conversion kit will only be offered for a limited time. If you don't have our Stage III kit already do not buy this.

Kit includes:
- 2 Hardened Steel first gears
- 4 Ball bearings
- 2 13 tooth Hardened Steel pinion gears

While you've got the gearboxes out we recommend switching to our Race Grease which reduces resistance in the gearboxes. This allows more top speed and cooler running motors. Some gearboxes will need the two posts trimmed for clearance as shown in the picture.

Required for assembly: Measure the thickness of your motor mounts. If yours are more than 4.5mm thick you will need to purchase this updated Universal Motor Mount Set. Switch was made in August 2024. You will also need threadlock to secure the pinion gears and motor mount screws to the motors. 1.5mm Allen Key to secure pinion gears. 220 grit sandpaper or higher.
