Stock shifters are now discontinued by Mattel. This is a replacement handle for shifters used on 12v Jeep Wranglers, Mustangs, C7 Corvettes, Porsche GT3, Escalade, Arctic Cats, and Lightning McQueens. The handle easy very easy to install. Just unscrew the shifter assembly and swap out the old handle.

This part is the black shifter handle shown, not the shifter body or switches.
