I had to clean out the gearbox of plastic shards and grease before rebuilding. My older grand-urchin proved to be a bit too hard on the original plastic first gear. Everything went together well and the younger one is enjoying the ride very much. Thank you for your support. At $5, the price for a cup of grease was reasonable. I hope I don't need more gears and more grease!
