Horrible customer service. I paid for expedited shipping and they didn’t ship it for several days. It missed the delivery date that I needed it by for my daughter’s school project. I emailed them to ask them if they would please refund the 30.00 I paid for expedited shipping and the guy had the audacity to tell me that I am “entitled” and that he would not do anything about it. Very dissatisfied and I will NEVER purchase another item from this company ever again.
Sorry you were disatisfied by not receiving your product when hoped for. The website shopping cart does disclose the order processing time and even asks you to checkmark it as 'read' so the expectations are transparent.
