This kit will work on any Power Wheels 7R Gearbox. The Stage IV kit is specifically designed for vehicles running at 18 or 24 volts. The Massive 775 motors provide insane amounts of torque for off-road and handle 24 volt loads without a care. The weakest link in the gearbox, the First Gear, has been replaced with a hardened steel first gear which also has 2 ball bearings for maximum efficiency. The thicker-then-molasses stock grease gets replaced with our Silicon Race Grease designed to coat the gears and shafts to make them more slippery and create less heat buildup. Kit includes:

- 2 massive 775 size Modified Motors with Internal Cooling Fans
- Torque sleeves on both motors.
- Spade Connectors for easy wire installation.
- 2 Hardened Steel Pinion Gears with Lifetime Warranty (optional).
- 2 Hardened Steel First Gears with Lifetime Warranty.
- 4 Steel Ball Bearings.

Please select the pinion gear tooth option that matches the pinion gears on your original motors.

Motors are safe for up to 24 volts of SLA batteries. Not for use with lithium batteries. Not for use with lithium batteries unless you use our Soft Start Low Voltage Lithium Module.

The 24v stage 4 gears and motors are great. DIY kit isn't hard to install if you're mechanical inclined and my daughter's wrangler runs amazing now. Much more torque off the line so she's back to doing donuts all around our cul-de-sac. I love how easy the ML kits make upgrading the power wheel.

Great motors for the money. Easy break in and hook up. Will last a long time as long you don't put top much power to them.

Great Motors, Even Better Instructions!

The 775 motor are providing new life to our Jeep Wrangler Power Wheels. The torque improvement is more than noticeable. I have used cheaper motor replacements and ended up burning them up with the 20v power tool battery connector. This paired with the voltage limiter module ensure we don't burn up motors or batteries! The instructions were super clear, for a first timer, and the websites suggests the additional upgrades! Great experience. Will be recommending to everyone doing the same thing! Thanks ML Toys!

775 performance motors

Upgraded Lightning McQueen for my 3 & 4 year olds with 775 motors and its a blast. The kids love and cant stop riding the cars. Great product, thanks for the upgrades

Good Upgrade

I bought the Stage IV DIY after my daughterâ€™s pink quad quit running. Installation was easy and fun as we did it together. She patiently broke in the new 775s for 25 minutes on 12v with out turbo. Then we dropped in the 24v power source. The kit really woke the machine up and took her riding to the next level. Big smiles all around!
