Description

Finally you can get more traction more tire life, and eliminate that back-jarring vibration from running off-road tires on pavement! This street tire conversion kit fits all Power Wheels F-150's and F-150 Raptors that originally came with tires K8285-2039/2239 (see pic) including models:
BCV58, BJM25, CDF53, K8285, L6348, T6991, T8786, W0029, W0030, W1070

Kit includes: wheels, hubcaps, center caps, front bushings, new rear axle, rear driver hubs, capnuts. Same diameter and width as original wheels. The fronts have a little more offset then stock (see pic).

You will need:
Hammer, pliers, straight head screwdriver, 7/16" and 1" drill bit (and drill), and a saw/knife/dremel to trim plastic.

Rear Tires:
1. Drill out the center holes in both of the new driver hubs to 3/4". (see pic)
2. Remove the center wheel caps by popping them off with a straight head screwdriver.
3. Remove the cotter pins from both ends of the axle. Remove the tires, driver hubs, and axle.
4. Slide the new rear axle in.
5. On each side, slide on a driver hub, tire, and hubcap.
6. Re-attach cotter pins.
7. Snap the orange center cap into the hubcap.

Front Tires:
1. Remove the center wheel caps by popping them off with a straight head screwdriver.
2. Remove the cap nuts by crushing with a pair of pliers. Remove the tires and bushing. Leave the washer on.
3. Drill about 3/8" depth into the center of an orange front hubcap using a 1" drill bit (as pictured). Front hubcaps have smaller center holes then the rears. Repeat on the second hubcap. Don't worry about appearance... they will be covered by the center hubs. (see photo).
4. On each axle put a wheel bushing, wheel, and hubcap. Hammer on a new cap nut but don't go so far as to bind the wheel up. It should spin easily.
5. Snap the orange center cap into the hubcap.
6. Test for fender clearance when the wheel is turned fully. You may need to trim a little bit of the back corner of the fenders.
7. Go Fast!!
