This is the Power Wheels 7R Gearbox WITHOUT motor for the Jeep Hurricane, Ford F150, Raptor, Dune Racer, Baja Extreme, and Stinger.

Accomodates 15, 16, or 17 tooth pinions.

Hurricane owners only: These are for newer versions with 15 Tooth pinion gears. If yours has the older, slower, weaker 13 Teeth version you will need to purchase 2 new motor/gearbox assemblies.

The color of the final drive gear, orange or white, is no longer a tell of how new the gearbox is. We only carry the newest gearboxes from the third generation 7R mold which has the best tolerances for more durability.

The gearboxes are just fine but the prices are what I'd expect with free two day shipping like you know who. The shipping surcharges are high.

Dune racer gearbox August 13, 2015

My sons dune racer only would go in second gear no first or reverse. I decided to take care of the problem myself and started to take the back of the power wheels apart myself which was pretty easy. When I got to the gear box I decided to open it and there was the problem two gears inside were broken. Ml toys had exactly what I needed at a really great price.
